FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Buyers don’t pay commission; sellers do. If you are looking to purchase a home, I am happy to help you search for your next "home sweet home" with no money out of your pocket. If you are a seller, you would pay a commission to use my services. However, commissions are negotiable and I am happy to provide stellar services at a competitive rate. Keep in mind that at closing, a check is cut to the seller, the seller then pays both the listing agent and the buyer’s agent out of their proceeds. Some sellers who don’t want to pay a commission to any agent will realize that it’s tough to attract qualified buyers, especially if you don’t want to pay a buyer’s agent a fair amount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No single transaction is ever as important as a relationship, and I promise to do the very best I can for my clients. You have my commitment to work hard, listen and follow through to provide you with quality service. My top priority is to make my clients happy; I listen to my clients’ wants and needs to “Achieve” the best outcome for each transaction. I strive to make sure buying or selling a home is fun, easy and stress-free. I try to make myself available anytime and anywhere for my clients.
