- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing for a variety of our services, and we do offer discounts for reoccurring services, seasonal sales, etc. There is a cancellation fee of $50 if the booking is cancelled less than 12 hours before the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to gather all necessary information about the potential job (home information, requested services, etc.) and will work around the customer's availability to make the entire process efficient and as easy as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years in the service industry providing great customer service to customers, and our cleaners all have extensive experience in residential cleaning before coming on board with our team.
