We contacted Bloughs when our windows were in serious need of cleaning. John arrived right on time and worked diligently on them until they were sparkling. He was very patient with working around stuff we had to move out of the way for the interior cleaning. He also went above and beyond by taking a look at what needs done to our home’s gutters so we have scheduled for him to help us with those next.

John fixed the problem immediately! He came the next day (over 100degrees heat) and promptly set up his ladder, careful to avoid my garden plants, cleaned out the gutter and downspout, took photos and then went around the house to assess any other potential gutter issues. The humidity was so heavy, I don’t know how he did it! Our basement had flooded and we’d already called in 2 experts and everyone ruled out gutter issues. Sure enough it was a blocked gutter. John’s pricing was very fair and he was very friendly and very professional. I will definitely call him next time I need my gutters cleaned. Top notch! And took photos to prove it. Also, he took the trouble to bag any debris he collected rather than scatter it below, which was very thoughtful. A+
