Had an excellent experience beginning to end. Darren inspires confidence and trust as a real, honest expert. I had about 160 of french drain installed. The crew worked around an oil heater, hvac unit and well tank, and finished a whole day ahead of schedule. Im happy with the product, service and warranty. Plus, Darren always explained things clearly and was available by phone when I had questions. Theres no inside baseball, and stands by his work. Id gladly do business with him again on another major home project. Thank you!

I did a lot of research before choosing Basement Waterproofing Scientists, and it certainly paid off. I did not have a typical wet basement, but rather a very unique situation. I really appreciated that their rep, Ehren, did not try to fit me into a "one size fits all" solution. Rather, he listened, inspected, and strategized with me as to how to best approach the problem. His experience in construction was evident, unlike the others I talked to who clearly would have been as happy selling cars or bathroom refits, or whatever. Best of all, the price was right and the finished product is great.

Darin came out and assessed the issues I was having at my home in my basement. He identified the cause of the problems and helped me understand what was needed to resolve them. I was very pleased with his professionalism and even more so with the quality of work performed. Id highly recommend him and his experienced team to anyone in need of waterproofing and proper drainage. My wife had 2 other estimates before we hired Darin and his attention to detail was head and shoulders above the competition.
