I charge a fair hourly or project rate and have a $100.00 minimum for general handyman work and a $100.00/hour for plumbing work. Any out of pocket expenses including parts and parking if applicable will be added to the final price.

From the initial contact and to the end of the job of installing our new fridge, Jim was great at every step of the way. He was transparent about his rates and gave me a fairly accurate time frame on how long the job would take and the approximate cost, and there was no surprises on the day of work. He communicated clearly, quickly, and explained everything I had questions about before and after the job. All in all I couldn't be more happy with my experience, and will definitely be a repeat customer.
