My experience with Jet was excellent! Dave stayed in close contact, and was very professional in his work. He diagnosed the problem quickly , and even got me a deal on the replacement part. He even went above and beyond and tightened the drum in the washer even though that wasn’t what needed to be repaired. He was very personable as well, and gave great advice on preventive maintenance to prolong the life of the washer. Not saying that I want any more appliance issues, but if I have any, I’ll use Jerry again.

So thankful I went with Jet Appliance Repair. Dave did such a wonderful job and when a part didn’t come in when it was supposed to he even offered to come finish the job this afternoon (Saturday) when they’re normally closed. I so appreciate that as I have been without the ability to use my washer since Monday night. Will use Jet Appliance again for all my repair needs!
