My experience with Jet was excellent! Dave stayed in close contact, and was very professional in his work. He diagnosed the problem quickly , and even got me a deal on the replacement part. He even went above and beyond and tightened the drum in the washer even though that wasn’t what needed to be repaired. He was very personable as well, and gave great advice on preventive maintenance to prolong the life of the washer. Not saying that I want any more appliance issues, but if I have any, I’ll use Jerry again.

I contacted Jet Appliance Repair in the morning and they arrived to fix my dryer on the same day!! The technician was very kind and explained everything to me (more than once!!) and walked me through the process. The problem ended up being the outlet that the dryer was plugged into AND he was able to fix it without me needing to call an electrician. He saved me money and my dryer now works!! Hope to not have any more appliance issues BUT Jet is locked in my phone and they’ll be the first company I call!!

So thankful I went with Jet Appliance Repair. Dave did such a wonderful job and when a part didn’t come in when it was supposed to he even offered to come finish the job this afternoon (Saturday) when they’re normally closed. I so appreciate that as I have been without the ability to use my washer since Monday night. Will use Jet Appliance again for all my repair needs!
