FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we start working with a new customer, we kick things off by scheduling a convenient time to come over and check out your house or existing gutter. We will have a quick walk through just to make sure we're on the same page. Once we've done that, we'll put together a proposal that outlines all the work we'll be doing. Next, we'll work together to find the best time to get your gutter project underway. When the day comes, we'll roll up our sleeves and get to work, making sure everything looks great and cleaning up any mess. After we've wrapped up the job and you're happy with the results, we'll handle the payment process. And remember, we'll keep the lines of communication open throughout the entire process, so you're always in the loop and satisfied with our work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 20 years of experience in the trades, my team and I have received specialized training from our suppliers, making us well-equipped to handle all your gutter installation needs. Throughout our journey, we've completed numerous installations for our neighbors, earning their trust and ensuring top-notch service.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Throughout our years in the field, we've worked with a wide array of customers. Our main focus has been assisting homeowners by installing gutters or guards on their primary homes. We have also worked with business owners to handle gutter installations for their buildings. This diverse experience has equipped us with the confidence and expertise needed to take on any project, no matter the size or complexity.
