As the property manager for RFM Properties I have hired Blake and his crew to refurbish several of our properties. At our property located at 1079 Marelda Avenue Blake and his crew rebuilt the porch, remodeled the bathroom, installed flooring, painted, installed new entry & interior doors, and installed all baseboard moulding and casings around the doors and windows. All of the work was completed within the time allotted for the job. His commitment to excellence is revealed in the quality of his work. You can be assured that he will exceed your expectations when you see the finished product. Blake is very focused and he is a great leader. He keeps his crew on task to ensure that the work is completed ahead of schedule. Blake McDonald tore down my old front porch and replaced it. He was very professional and courteous during the whole process. He had to do the entire porch from the poles to the roof. The porch is 32’ x 8’ with wide steps into the yard. The new porch is beautiful and very modern. Wonderful workmanship and professionalism the entire time start to finish.

$100 appointment fee (waived if contract made). Military discount (must have military ID).

Setup an appointment. We come out and meet the customer. Go over the project at hand. And work up an estimate.

Grandfather was a carpenter. Taught me to have that old school touch
