- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The quoted fee is for online sessions. For in-person sessions, a travel fee of $10-$20 will be added, depending on distance. This is a flat fee per session, not per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to find out how a student tackles mathematics problems in general, whether there are difficulties with specific varieties of questions, etc. This is best done by getting right into working on math problems.
