- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always open to negotiating a fair price for both parties. When a customer is unable to pay much for the service, I am committed to finding a solution. My priorities are the quality of service and customer satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to conduct negotiations via text message to keep a clear record. I also like to visit the location to provide an accurate estimate. Alternatively, I can negotiate based on photos and information provided by the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a degree in Administration and have experience in the field since 2009.
