Pros: I reached out on a Monday and they were able to do the work two days later. Jeferson was friendly and did a pretty good job. Cons: Responsiveness was not great. I reached out around 1pm the day before to confirm the appt and didn’t get an answer until about 10:30pm. Punctuality was worse. He messaged at 9am (the time of the appt) and wanted to reschedule for 1pm. He messaged again at almost 1pm for my address, said he was 20 minutes away, and didn’t arrive until nearly 2pm. When he arrived, he had the tools but forgot the drywall at home and asked if I had any which I didn’t. He had to leave to go to Lowe’s to get the drywall and then came back and completed the work. Overall, it was a small job that was done quickly for $200 so I’m satisfied. He did say that a staff member called off sick and they were running behind. I completely understand that but communication needs to be much better.

Enjoyed the two Brazilian pair, they did a great job on the handyman tasks with TV mounting, plumbing, and putting a couple things together. Definitely will work with them again!

My house suddenly had kitchen pipe leaking issue. I immediately search for nearby company to have it fixed. After discussing with them, they come out quickly and fix the pipe and replace the wet drywall. They showed the material receipt and come back from Lowe’s on time. Although we need to contact by text only, they respond always quickly and in time. All in all, I am satisfied with work quality with the value cost ratio!! and highly recommended to others.
