We used Keystone Entertainment to hire a DJ for our Daughters' Graduation Party. Music and Lighting was awesome ! Matt ( our DJ) played a variety of music, and everyone had a great time ! Matt showed up at the venue on time and started playing music as guests were arriving. Would definitely hire and recommend Keystone Again ! First Class All The Way !

Keystone Entertainment was GREAT to work with - their entire team was professional, helpful, flexible and really patient with us. They did a great job! We had an Indian wedding and reception - and Keystone did a fantastic job of playing Indian/Bollywood music as well as american music. Hands down, one of the best vendors that we dealt with for our wedding!

We had DJ Paul as our entertainment for our wedding night. He was Amazing!!!!!! He was smooth and kept the party going all night! He played great music had every song we asked for. He really made our night special and enjoyable for not only us but all of our guests! He even came out and showed our guests how to do the wobble♡♡♡! We had many compliments on his work from the professional sound to the lighting. Working with Laurel was also awesome she's was very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of what a great ceremony and reception needs. She was great to talk to even if it was odd hours because of my work schedule. She was very kind and accommodating. I would most definitely hire Keystone for any future Party service needs and would recommend them to all of my friends and family! If your looking for a well put together and fun event hire these guys! Oh and one more thing.... you can't beat their pricing! Well worth every penny spent! Thank you Keystone Entertainment!

Despite a storm that cut the power, David provided music to the extent of his battery life! Sadly, the full benefit of the music could not be enjoyed for lack of power to the speakers. David improvised with the use of a small portable speaker as best he could. While the blackout diminished the full benefit of the music, we appreciate the effort.

The Keystone team was fantastic. A DJ can make or break your evening - Dave and Teddy (our DJ's) did a great job of including each guest in the process. The fact that they had karaoke along with all of the standard dance music was a huge hit. We had a diverse group of people and everyone was appreciative of the playlist (from oldies to club music later in the evening). Prior to the event, Laurel was extremely thorough and detailed in preparation for the day. What a confidence booster to have all of the T's crossed and I's dotted. Hats off to the Keystone team for their thoroughness and professionalism from start to finish. I would HIGHLY recommend Keystone to anyone looking for a professional DJ (with karaoke). You won't find better than the Keystone team!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends upon the type of services requested, plus the number of hours, travel distance, day of week, etc. We believe our pricing is very fair, and provides our clients with outstanding value, especially considering our number of years in business, and our level of expertise.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we like to learn a little more about what the client envisions, and which services they are in need of, and then we provide them with as much relevant information as possible so that the client has all the resources necessary to help them make an informed decision. Then, if the client wishes, we are happy to meet with them in person so that we can get to know one another a little, and so that they will be more comfortable working with us, should they decide to use our services. It also gives us a chance to learn more about our clients' personalities, which enables us to put a more personal touch on their event and incorporate little extras that will mean a lot to them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Laurel majored in music at Duquesne University with a minor in music technology, and has also worked with florals and decor for many years. She and her husband Dave have been instrumental to developing Keystone from a small DJ service in 1991 into the full-service DJ, lighting & event production outfit that it is today. Many of us also attend the yearly trade shows and seminars in order to stay current on all the new ideas and new technologies available to us. We also keep up with all the manufacturer videos released regarding new innovations in our field. The seminars are also a valuable source of wisdom and advice on how to run our business more professionally and with greater success and customer satisfaction. We believe in proactively keeping abreast of new information and staying on top of trends, so that we can offer the best, newest products & services to our clients.
