We had Brian perform an appraisal of our property for a school district initiated appeal of our assessed value. We were in somewhat of a time crunch and needed a fast turn-around (about a week!) on the report, and Brian was able to deliver! He came out on a Saturday and had the report to us by Tuesday night, well in advance of our Thursday hearing. While we contracted him to do the appraisal, he told us he has a lot of experience with assessment hearings and gave us a few pointers as to how to make the best arguments in our favor. He explained a few details that homeowners typically aren't familiar with regarding property taxes and what goes into determining the assessed value. The report he provided, of course, was professionally done and thorough, but the information he provided to us in addition also helped me feel confident going into the hearing. I highly recommend Brian!
