Great experience from beginning to end! Quick response even during off hours. Prior installer installed my door incorrectly do I hired them to fix which is something many won't do, but they took this on. Took out the door and reinstalled it correctly along with fixing up all the mistakes they did. Grear work and will hire them in the future if need be!

I typically don’t leave reviews, but I had to leave a positive review for this company. I could not be happier with my window. The gentleman at smart shield windows went above and beyond to install my door for me. Even picked up the door at another location because I ordered the wrong size door 😁. They were on time (early even ) , did the job professionally and cleaned up after themselves. Would gladly recommend there services to anyone. Very good experience. From start to finish. I requested a quote and Brian reached out promptly to set up appointment for quote. The salesman Jesus was friendly and personable and provided a very reasonable price. My windows were a mess. They were the original aluminum windows from when the house was built so well over 50 years old! The install team did a great job. They removed security bars and air conditioner without an issue. Steve and Jose were friendly, personable and respectful. Everything was cleaned up and put back as found. My house needs work and I wished they did more home improvement projects . I do need a door replaced so I will be contacting them in the future for that and I will be recommending to all my family and friends!

Our at home estimate is very straight forward, relaxed and friendly. We do not have any hard sale tactics, nor do we require both homeowners to be present. We provide a brief but informative introduction on our products and services. All estimates are provided at the home and then sent out via email for a digital copy to be stored.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our customers range from young, first time home owners to luxury clientele. Our clientele is diverse, we are experienced in helping all types of clients.
