I had to have a new motherboard installed in my laptop. After the installation I was unable to log on or get online. I chose Michael from Computer Mafia (it should be called Computer Genius) to help me. He showed up early and worked his magic. My laptop is better than ever. Excellent computer pro! Very knowledgeable and effective in solving wifi and modem/router issues. Previously Verizon gateway device G1100 only gave 30mbps. With Computer Mafia, the speed went to 300mbps, which resolved the wifi and internet issues in my townhouse.
