Needed to replace 40 year old wrought iron railing leading to our second floor. I requested quotes from 3 pros on January 8th. Tiago responded same day and asked for pictures. Sent him the pictures in Thursday the 9th and he quoted me an excellent price which I accepted. He came out and measured on Friday the 10th and had the railing fabricated over the weekend and came and installed them today Wednesday. Been a homeowner for 40 years and never had a more positive experience with a contractor. Highly recommend Tiago for your project needs. Before and after photos are attached.

Tiago did a wonderful job. He came to see the project site right away. He was available right away and completed the job the same week. The railing was exactly what we asked for. It was perfect. The new railing is sturdy and gives me a GREAT sense of peace know that my elderly family members will be safer up and down the front steps.
