I cannot recommend Liam highly enough. He says that his first priority is the client, and he is completely genuine in this. I was exploring renovating just a portion of my kitchen as part of a two part renovation plan, and I very much wanted to use him for this. He took great and painstaking care to understand my vision for the kitchen. He also very gently relayed to me that renovating only a portion of the kitchen would actually cost me more in the end. He engaged me in a gentle reflection on why I wanted to do this at this time and to consider waiting to do it. He said, "it hurts me to see you waste money." He knows that I am retired but very well me be able to go back to work at a later date. He spent over an hour with me.
After thinking it through, I likely will wait and do the whole kitchen at a later date. When I told Liam this, he was kind and very supportive of the decision, which meant that he actually lost business (although, if and when I can do the full renovation, I, of course, will use him).
Something else well worth mentioning is that Liam is both punctual and extremely reliable. Whenever he said he would call, he did. When he told me he would do research on Carb 2 certified cabinets and call me the following day, he did exactly that. This is characteristic of him.
You really don't need to look any further for a contractor. He is genuine, conscientious, reliable, painstaking in his work and honest.

I feel so lucky that I got to work with Wanda and her team at PRDR Home Remodel on my project. Wanda and her team are such hard workers and did such a great job on my project reworking my third floor floor plan and renovating my bathroom. They worked very fast to get my job done before the birth of my son without sacrificing quality! I would highly recommend working with Wanda on your next project!

Bill and his crew did great work in helping us renovate our entire house (paint, flooring, whole kitchen remodeling, bathrooms, closets, AC unit replacement,backyard patio, roofing, driveway).He is very helpful and gave us all the ideas and advised us accordingly. He is very responsible towards his work and commitments. Completed everything on time and was accurate with the estimate. I would surely want to work with him again and also recommend him.

What can I say about such a wonderful experience as having my entire top floor renovated? Not many people can say that about working with contractors- I had heard some nightmares but not with PRDR. In a week they managed to transform what I thought was an unfixable mess into what looks like a hotel. I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s been 3 months and I still walk down the hallway - which had no Sheetrock on the ceilings due to a roofing nightmare - and I’m in awe! 2 bedrooms , a bath and the entire stairwell all had new ceilings, new walls where some had gone down to the brick, and the entire thing painted in a week! They were punctual to a fault- never late and Never left early. Wanda talked with me at length before we started and helped me figure out things down to the right color for the walls!! I had a totally unrelated plumbing problem during the time they were there and the “ guys” fixed it for me as a favor!! If you are looking for honest, hard working, and skilled workers( and so friendly!!) this is the company to choose!! I would refer them to any and every one!!
