Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, Elana is hands down the right choice for you.
I’ve done yoga off and on for years, while my boyfriend was relatively new. Elana not only tailors the class to each of us, but genuinely understands our areas of strength and improvement. Every single class is different and curated to your stress level, soreness, what you want to get out of it, etc.
Elana takes the time to remember things you tell her about your body, and you can tell she truly loves when you make progress on even the smallest thing. She’s also incredibly professional. I’m picky about who I let into my space/home, but I’ve never once felt uncomfortable by her.
You’ll be mind blown by your progress with just one class a week with Elana. She’s easily our favorite instructor either of us have had, and we have no plans of stopping our private sessions with her. If you’re on the fence, go for it - her class is worth every penny. Thanks, Elana!!
