FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our cases are handled on a contingency basis. If we obtain a recovery for our client we obtain a percentage of the recovery. Depending on the type of claim our legal fees range from 20% to 45%. If there is no recovery there is NO fee. In personal injury cases we put up the costs for all expenses and if there is no recovery the client owes nothing. In private and group long term disability cases the client has the choice of the law firm advancing all legal expenses at a standard fee or we offer reduced attorney fees if our client wishes to advance the monies required to litigate the claim.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have offices in Philadelphia and Wilmington. For clients that don't have time to come to the office our attorneys or investigator will schedule a mutually convenient date and time and we will come to you. We will collect all of the documents that relate to your injury or private disability claim and notify all parties that we have been retained as your legal representatives. Our goal is to make the process as easy as possible for our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our attorneys have Juris Doctorate degrees from acredited law schools and hold licenses to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey or Delaware. Our attorneys have vast litigation experience in handling the following types of cases: - car, truck and motorcycle accidents; - premises liability (slip / trip and fall accidents); - nursing home abuse and negligence cases; - medical negligence / malpractices cases against doctors and hospitals; - dog bite claims; - electrocution accidents; - wrongful death claims; - private and group / ERISA long term disability claims; - bar / nightclub negligent security cases; - construction site accident claims; and many other types of claims that involve injury or death.
