These guys were fantastic from start to finish! First, Roman was very accommodating and promptly provided me with all the information I needed for my move. I received a reply with all the terms and prices within 5-10 minutes, which was a huge plus compared to other companies that took hours or even days to respond. I didn’t have to waste any time because their offered terms were very competitive, and I agreed right away. The excellent reviews about this team also helped my decision. On moving day, the team messaged me in advance with their estimated arrival time, allowing me to plan my morning and enjoy a coffee without rushing, as I already knew when they’d arrive. They were right on time, incredibly friendly, and easygoing, immediately easing the stress of the big move. Communication with them was effortless and fun. This was a large move from my four-bedroom house, complete with an office, basement, and gym equipment. The team disassembled and carefully packed everything, laying down rubber mats to protect the floors from scratches or dirt, which was unexpected and really thoughtful. They truly cared about my home and belongings. They also informed me they’d take a 20-30 minute lunch break and paused the time, which I found very fair, so I ordered them pizza. Unloading was efficient, with the team reassembling all the furniture and beds without issue. They carried all the gym equipment into the basement and even helped set up my home gym. Everything was delivered without a single scratch. They did an excellent job without asking for any extra fees beyond the hourly rate and didn’t try to upsell anything. Very courteous and professional. I’ve already shared their contact information with my neighbor, who’s moving in December. These guys are real pros and just great people. I’ll definitely be recommending them!

Both the movers were professional and made the move hassle free for us. We were very pleased with the service. One thing to keep in mind is to keep a buffer of 1 hour to what they quote considering many factors. I don’t blame them but I did pay for 1 more hour compared to the quote.
