- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work simply with a per-head cost which is inclusive of all setup costs, service fees and trash removal. We will add any relevant sales tax, and an 18% service fee/gratuity which goes right to our hardworking prep and service staff. Our packages range from $16-25 per-head. We also have additional options of fancier utensils, beverage packages and desserts per-head! The only additional fees are long-distance travel (beyond 20 miles outside Philadelphia - this is something we can assess very quickly for you), and payment processing fees if paid by credit card.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First things first, let's hop on a call! We have a dedicated events coordinator, Jake, who is ready to hear more about your special occasion, and how we might be able to facilitate your event. From here, we'll establish an email thread and send you our Catering Packages for you to browse, and help guide you to what will work best for your occasion. Want to try our food? We can organize a tasting too. After you've received full assurance that we're the one for you, let's lock in the date, time and a deposit!
