- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: In-Home Assessment Our first step is an in-home assessment, where we send one of our experienced estimators to your home. During this visit, they’ll take measurements and photos to fully understand the scope of the project. From this, we’ll prepare a detailed labor proposal that breaks down the costs involved in getting the work done. Step 2: Design Consultation The second step is your design consultation at our showroom. Here, you’ll meet with one of our talented designers to discuss material options and potential layout ideas. Based on this consultation, the designer will create a “Good, Better, Best” price analysis. This is a helpful budgeting tool that gives you a clear idea of material costs and how they can vary based on your choices
