FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
“When I start working with new clients, I follow a process that has worked well for me. First, I do some initial research about them so I can better understand their company and specific needs before reaching out. Then, I make a first contact, whether it’s by phone, email, or even in person. I always try to be friendly and professional, briefly introducing my services. The most important part is listening carefully to what the client needs. I ask open-ended questions to get more details about what they’re looking for. Once I have that information, I present my services clearly, highlighting how I can help them solve their problems. If the client shows interest, I send them a personalized proposal detailing the services, prices, and timelines. After that, I follow up to make sure they received the proposal and to answer any questions they may have. If all goes well and the client agrees, I formally close the deal, ensuring that both of us are clear on the terms. From there, I maintain ongoing communication to make sure everything is going well and to address any concerns that arise. Finally, when the project is finished, I always ask for their feedback. I like to know if they are satisfied and if there’s anything I can improve for future work. This process helps me build strong relationships and effectively meet my clients’ needs.”
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
“Although I do not have formal education, I have three years of experience in the cleaning field. During this time, I have developed practical skills and a solid understanding of best practices in cleaning and maintenance. My experience has allowed me to work efficiently and effectively, always focusing on delivering high-quality service and meeting my clients’ needs. I am committed to continuous learning and improving my skills in this area.”
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
“I started working in cleaning because I was looking for a source of income that would allow me to be independent and have a flexible schedule. Initially, it was a temporary job, but I quickly discovered that I enjoyed order and organization. I learned to perform my tasks efficiently and pay attention to detail, which led me to value this work more than I initially thought. Additionally, I have had the opportunity to meet wonderful people and learn about the importance of a clean and healthy environment.”
