FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are transparent and fair. I charge based on job complexity and materials. I don't add surprise fees — and I waive service call fees if I'm hired for the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start with a few simple questions or photos to understand your needs. Then I offer a clear quote and timeline. Once we agree, I show up on time, do the job with care and cleanliness, and always make sure you’re happy before I leave. I aim to provide a level of service I’d want for my own home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 17 years of experience as a mechanical design engineer, including 6 years in the aerospace industry. I also worked with one of Russia’s leading furniture manufacturers, where I gained hands-on experience in high-end furniture design, assembly, and client service. Many of our clients were VIPs, and the job required attention to detail, discretion, and a customer-first attitude — all of which I bring into my work today. In the U.S., I’ve completed OSHA-10 and electrical safety training, and I approach every project with the same engineering mindset: precision, quality, and respect for the client’s home.
