Markus did our fix and flip from the demolition permit all the way to the final inspection. He is honest, has attention to detail and gave us progress feedback throughout the whole project. One of the things that was really impressive and that I really appreciated was that he tried to find out what we like and incorporated that into the project while also giving his recommendations. That really helped us work through some challenges and we ended up with what we had envisioned but even better because of Markus's input. I can't say enough about him. I am glad we picked him to be our General Contractor. Thank you Markus!

Markus and team were a pleasure to work with. Throughout the whole project Markus was very transparent with the progress and any changes in the scope. He was very flexible with any project surprises and we collaborated well throughout the project. But at the same time I do wish his team paid more attention to details and cared a bit more with some of the finish work throughout the house. After they departed the project there were quite a few errors in attention to detail that my team and I found throughout the house. I then had to hire another specialist to recorrect these errors.
