Patrick did an amazing job with our basement. Our basement was totally a useless space. and my husband and I had a vision and Patrick made that vision come to life; we absolutely LOVE our basement. He turned our boring unfinished basement into a beautiful area where we can entertain guest, he added an extra room which we use as a art studio, a laundry room was also added, he created a utility closet , brand new floors, beautiful recess lightings he went above and beyond to make our basement beautiful. The best part is Patrick is very nice and a pleasure to work with.... he is very professional, and polite, he will also educate you by breaking down what he is doing and why he is doing it. I will definitely refer Patrick to family and friends. Thank you again!

I got my basement finished with Patrick which involved putting walls, electrical, bathroom, floor and a bar. It took him more than 40days to wrap up but not satisfied with the quality of work. While explaining the reason he mentioned he needed more time to complete. Patrick is very Trustworthy and hardworking no doubt and purchases good quality material at discounted price. He is good as a person. He did very good drywall and plumbing work but not happy with bathroom tiling and electric work. Below are the reasons that why I rated 3 and not 5. Pic1. Bathroom tiles are uneven. Pic2. Did not clean grout from bathroom floors Pic3. Pendant lights are suppose to be above counter not near counter. Pic4. The electrical outlet has gaps in it after.you put covers on. Pic5. Bathroom fixture not in center. Pic6. The cabinets measurement incorrect while putting the wine cooler. Pic7. Closet knob installed not good.

Patrick went above and beyond of what needed to be done. He even repaired my Air conditioning systems that was not in the budget. My house was damage from the farmer contractor to the point. I wanted to wall away, then I came across Patrick Myers construction. He and his crew did an absolutely wonderful job. I will most definitely recommend him.
