I started doing renovations in properties of my own. I quickly realized after my first project that I had a passion for renovations and looking back on transformations. That passion aspired me to start a business and get my General Contractor License. My specialty is bathrooms, additions, conversions, kitchens, closets, laundry rooms, decks, porches, roofs, and basements. I can handle all your framing, carpentry, drywall, electrical, plumbing, flooring, roofing, and HVAC needs. Ferg the owner of 3Peat Properties, LLC did a phenomenal job with my basement remodel. Not only did he and his team do a great job but they did it for an affordable price. His attention to detail is impeccable. He worked long hours to get the job finished and to ensure that I was satisfied with the work. Even when I decided make changes midway through the project he was more than willing to accommodate these changes. Ferg is not only skilled at drywall/carpentry but he was able to fix some electrical issues that we found while completing this project. He also hung two shelves in my dining room as well as secured the curtain rod that is above my deck sliding doors which came out great! If I could give him more than 5 stars I would! I definitely plan on hiring 3Peat Properties, LLC again for future projects!
