I am happy with the work quality. The handyman assembled bookshelves and lamp with good accuracy. What I don’t like is the punctuality. I booked a handyman at 3pm, they did not arrive on time and did not tell me in advance. Then they told me the guy was running late and won’t arrive until 5pm. I understand things can run late, but I think I should be given advanced notice so that I don’t take time off from my work (and lose money) and wait for nobody. Anyway, I was happy at the end for the mounting, the handyman is professional and easy to communicate with, so I’ll give a five star.
