We absolutely LOVE the new deck.. their quality work is fantastic! From start to finish I was updated with every next step of build… along with pics of the progress… I am sooo happy that I chose them.. they were honest, punctual and professional! I am getting so many wonderful compliments when I send my family and friends our pictures of our finished deck! I highly recommend them !! Thank you again !!!

Only after posting this review did the builder contact me, and not to give me an estimate, but to ask me to take down the review.
My review was honest. My husband and I have been waiting for the estimate for days now. The builder gave no indication or explanation the day he came to our house that he did not plan to take the job. He asked for my email to send the estimate. I gave it in good faith.
I have no idea what he's talking about regarding how my husband treated him, but I understand that everyone has their own perception of other people, and I do not wish to discount his feelings. The problem is still that he did not reach out in any way to let me know he wouldn't take the job. Therefore, my review is correct. I was waiting on him and not checking with other builders, which could have been happening if he had been forthcoming about his decision to not take the job.
I will not take my review down. What I wrote is true. I was ghosted with no reason why until after my negative review.
The sad part is that I had originally contacted THIS builder because I liked what I could see of the work he had done for others.

Came out to see my property and then ghosted me. That shows a lack of reliability. I won't be doing business with them.
