- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Every job is unique. There are so many variables that can affect the time and effort it takes to complete the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I schedule a time to meet with them in person at the home or location the work is being done so I can measure the area that is getting carpet. Also I will ask what type of carpet you are looking for so I can bring the appropriate samples with me.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I starting working with someone who had been installing for 15 years and I Learned from them and trial and error by doing work for friends & family. People kept calling me back to do more work or I got referrals from them and it just took off from there. I enjoy the work and would appreciate the opportunity to work for you.
