Alex’s Artwork is amazing but his customer services is terrible. He’s not an honorable guy. I’ve paid him for Layout services, they were never completed. The work he provided was shoddy at best.
So I requested my refund of $400.00. I wanted to have someone else complete the job that was more competent and professional. That person did the job in the matter of a week a job that Alex has been trying to do for a month!
Alex denied my refund request. He refuses to refund my money, which I’m owed because he didn’t complete his job. It’s not that he didn’t want to complete it. It just wasn’t happening in a fashion that made me feel happy, fulfilled and secure. His excuse is he’s out of town; which he has been telling me for a matter of a month now. Yes, that’s how long I’ve been trying to meet with him to get this job completed.
He wanted me to send notes, but I requested to meet up, because in the past when notes were sent, he read them and did what he wanted. This guy has even inserted a dedication to his wife and children in “my” book that he didn’t write. Without my permission! He was paid to illustrate not add context. The arrogance that this guy displays is unimaginable!
Please do yourself a favor and not spend your money with Alex. Spend your money with someone that respect you and honorable enough to refund you when you’re not happy with their services. This is not an honorable man. I’ll be posting pics of our text exchange.
