- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The final price of a shade is determined by the size of each window, and what options are selected for fabric, lift, and decorative add-ons. Installation will be included in the quoted price for the whole project. Discounts may apply for larger orders. Our initial design consultation to put together a quote is free of charge, so don't hesitate to schedule with us today!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first discuss the type of window treatment the customer is looking for. We can make recommendations on what would work best for addressing your needs (light control, privacy, function, design etc.). After we return a quote to you, a 50% deposit gets the ball rolling. Projects typically take about 4-6 weeks to account for manufacturing, shipping, and installation. Temporary paper shades are available for customers in need of immediate window coverings
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a sales consultant for over 10 years, and have been working with window treatments for the last 3. I believe every good sales experience begins with a positive conversation about what you hope to accomplish working with us.
