DO NOT HIRE HIM. He charged me $150 for a false diagnosis. I later determined the water pump was intact and he said it needed to be replaced. Good thing I did my own research, contacted the manufacturer, and ran some troubleshooting tests. I had low pressure to none on 3rd floor, and he said to replace the pump, he seemed clueless anyways: Look at the pictures, the pump isn't even connected to the main line (that's the builder's flaw). Do NOT PAY Him if you make a mistake and Hire him, unless you have a contract. DO not ZELLE money to Him! He is refusing to refund.

First of all he never ask for the money back he wrote this review because I didn’t respond to him quick enough. He’s was just mad for no apparent reason we all it take is a phone call
