- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don’t offer discounts. I outline fees and pricing in the customer’s contract, as well as on the invoice sent to them via email.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first have a 30-60 minute consultation call, where I get more details from them, the vision for their wedding day, figure out what they need, what they want, and discuss their budget as that is a huge factor in determining what elements can be included or need to be cut.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gone through training and courses from watercolor industry leaders such as Jenna Rainey, as well as small business coaches and educators such as Christy Wright, Jennifer Allwood and other industry leaders.
