Barci Plumbing and Heating were great. They responded very quickly to my post. Kevin was at the house within a couple of hours, not days. We had two water heaters supplying hot water to the house, but Kevin recommended a tankless system. I decided to go with the tankless system after some information. They crew was then able to change the whole system and remove the old tanks that day. They did an excellent job and the system works well. Kevin and his staff were quick, knowledgeable and appear to be very skilled at their craft. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is structured based on the project, we work on both flat rate and hourly projects. For hourly work it is best to see the project in order to give the most accurate price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love introductions and meeting customers for the fist time. Normally we will meet with a customer prior to beginning the work, this allows us to not only introduce ourselves but also see the project ensuring our bids are as accurate as possible and there are no surprises.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Vocational school degree(Middle Bucks Institute of Technology), Vocational College Certificate (Pennsylvania College of Technology) and have also received a Bachelors in Business (Temple University). Additionally I have multiple certificates in different products used in the industry such as; Tracpipe, Gastite, Uponor, Wirsbro and many more.
