- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While we offer free quotes for any job, our pricing is very competitive and price-match 99% of the time. We also offer a 10% discount to veterans and seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a new customer will contact us with a request for a job on our website, or reaching out to us by text or call. If the request is for garbage bin cleaning/sanitation, we will reach out to schedule a time for service (customer does not need to be home, but bins need to be left out). If the request is for power/soft washing the house siding/fencing/deck/patio/driveway/sidewalks etc, we will reach out to schedule a time for a free quote (once again, customer does not need to be present, just needs to give permission for us to view the property from the outside). From there we will follow up with an official quote within 24 hours. We offer price match on 99% of other quotes, but our pricing is very competitive to start and always strive to give the best price and service possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’ve put in a lot of hands-on work and research to make sure the job is done right. Pressure washing isn’t just about blasting water—it takes the right pressure, cleaning solutions, and technique to avoid damage while getting surfaces as clean as possible. We’ve learned through experience, working with other professionals, and a lot of research to make sure we deliver the best results for our customers.
