Friends, family and clients trust me to care for their pets and stay in their homes. Animals trust me as well. I've always loved animals. Meeting a new pet friend and developing a bond with them. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on how many animals are involved and if it's for walking on a weekly basis the distance plays into pricing as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to talk to the client on the phone to discuss details. I require an initial visit with the client(s) and pets to make sure everyone is comfortable. If they hire me, I would normally collect full payment and house keys at that time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've only owned animals all my life and have been pet sitting for 8 years.
