Stacey R. says, "Pros: I reached out on a Monday and they were able to do the work two days later. Jeferson was friendly and did a pretty good job. Cons: Responsiveness was not great. I reached out around 1pm the day before to confirm the appt and didn’t get an answer until about 10:30pm. Punctuality was worse. He messaged at 9am (the time of the appt) and wanted to reschedule for 1pm. He messaged again at almost 1pm for my address, said he was 20 minutes away, and didn’t arrive until nearly 2pm. When he arrived, he had the tools but forgot the drywall at home and asked if I had any which I didn’t. He had to leave to go to Lowe’s to get the drywall and then came back and completed the work. Overall, it was a small job that was done quickly for $200 so I’m satisfied. He did say that a staff member called off sick and they were running behind. I completely understand that but communication needs to be much better."See more
