I purchased my own hot water tank that my handyman was going to install, but it ended up being too complicated for him. So, I reached out to Hammer Heating and AC and they called me back within 10 minutes and came over within an hour to look at my project. I appreciated their flexibility to install a tank that I purchased. They gave me a quote for installation and came the next morning to install the new hot water tank. They were friendly, professional, and offered a great value compared to other companies that I called for estimates. They even showed me how to get better flow from my bathroom faucets that were clogged with sediment. I highly recommend Hammer Heating and AC!

My project wasn’t necessarily easy. But he was able to complete everything flawlessly. Never once showed frustration or complained when we ran into problems. His knowledge was amazing definitely taught me a few things. His prices were fair. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices for repairs vary. My service fee is 85$ plus labor per hour . Most of my calls, I will be able to tell the customer the issue within 20 minutes. When it comes to service, I take pride in being honest and straight forward. Any installations are based on the situation .All of my estimates are free.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat everyone as I would like to be treated. I first gain information about the job at hand . All my estimates are what the job will cost . No hidden fees .

2 Years of Pittsburgh Technical Institute HVAC-R degree. Field experience of 8 years as a lead installer and field service tech. NATE certified, EPA certified ICE certified
