I had a minor emergency with a leak and my information was passed to Mr. Rooter on a Saturday afternoon. Nick Slater proactively called me himself and was out at my house with a remedy within 2 hours, and full repair on the following Monday. He was extremely efficient and informative about the cause, resolution, what to look out for in the future and how I could handle it going forward. The process was completely painless and customer-centric, Nick himself was professional but also personable and seemed like an all-around good person. I already know that I will be a repeat customer for future routine work and any other plumbing needs and have already recommended to a friend. Awesome work.

I highly, highly recommend Mr. Rooter!! We had a large pipe leak from a tree root that grew into the pipe. We were told by the city that our water would be turned off if the repair was not completely done in 5 days. Because of this short timeframe, we did not have the luxury of looking at multiple companies. So we asked our homeowner's rep - with whom we have a great relationship. He strongly recommended Mr. Rooter. Within in 10 minutes, Mr. Rooter called me and within the hour a project manager was at our house to assess. They started the job the very next morning. From start to end, their communication and customer service was excellent - and I don't just mean some employees - every single person who I came in contact with was hard-working, polite, and thorough. When our half-day project had unexpected hurdles, the owner Nick came out to our house multiple times to update us. Even though the project turned into a full day of labor, Mr. Rooter honored their initial quote and we did not have to pay any extra money. That was excellent, honest business. I just cannot say enough positive things about this company - from the folks in the office, to the employees at our home, to the project managers, to the owner. Great experience!

They were fast and responsive to our needs even over the weekend! Alex, our service man was very friendly and very knowledgeable about our needs when helping us with toilet plumbing issues with our vacation home.

Unearthed my sewer/ drain clean out (not meaning to) to find it was clogged with dirt and stone. I wasn't having any problems or draining issues. Called Mr Rooter and they sent out Chris Lawrence the very next day. Chris was very professional and informed me on every step. Chris had it completely cleared in a few hours. I would use Mr Rooter again

Chris was knowledgeable, professional and came late one night to help fix a minor install issue on last minute notice! Chrissy was very helpful and responsive in email, and call staff was also very helpful! It was easy to make appointments and they had availability that was flexible and worked with my schedule.
