The crew that installed the roof was absolutely fantastic. They took extra care around my court yard which was a difficult area to work around and made sure everything was protected and spotless when they were done. Charlie laid out our options in detail and helped us make the right choice for our roof, and we are VERY picky customers! The updates through the day were nice and showed us everything that was done. We had a problem around a faulty skylight that required some new framing. We were very pleased they corrected the framing issues at no extra charge to make sure the job was done right. Highly recommend the Dream Worx team!

Dreamworx was great to work with when I had to get my roof replaced. Everything from sales, to coordinating with insurance, to the installation itself was handled extremely professionally, the price was competitive, and the installation team was very respectful of my property when they were on site. Matt and Jose were great to work with. After the tornado tore through the area and damaged our roof, gutters and soffit I was looking for a local company that could get the entire job done. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive but not always the cheapest due to the quality of our materials, our workmanship, and the value of our crews. We sell the best materials in the business along with the best workmanship you can find, and our crews are highly skilled at completing jobs efficiently with attention to detail. Our free quotes are tailored based on the work needed upon a thorough look at the premises so we are able to give prospective customers an exact estimate. Because of this, we aren't able to offer quotes online before seeing the building. To receive a free quote, please contact our office to schedule an estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a customer has chosen to contract with us, we then schedule the delivery date for the materials and the job, working around the customer's schedule as much as we can. 95% of our jobs are completed in just one day, and we don't collect a final payment until after we complete a thorough walk-through of the premises with the customer to ensure they are completely satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Owners have 15 years of installation experience and have encountered every situation imaginable when it comes to residential roofing. We are also partnered with GAF shingles and factory certified to be able to give the best warranty possible.
