- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our technicians are non-commission based employees so the price you get is the price you pay! We do offer additional services to enhance your experience but these are optional and separate from the basic cleaning costs you are quoted on the phone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to ensure our clients that their investment is a valuable one. We start by gathering as much specific information about your property (how many sets of stairs, how many rooms you are interested in getting cleaned, etc.). We typically do not do in home estimates for carpet cleaning but are happy to provide you with one over the phone. Once you decide that Nightline Flooring Solutions is right for you, we can schedule a date for your appointment. We offer morning and afternoon arrival windows so that we can ensure meeting your availability. If you are interested in replacement instead of cleaning, we do offer no cost in home/on-site estimates for flooring sales! Feel free to call us today to set one up!

Our technicians have over 100 years of combined experience with many International Institute of Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) certifications ranging up to journeyman.
