We are a family of 5 , two adults and three children. Our weekly experience with Chef Martel has been awesome. Obviously its about the food and the quality of the meals being cooked. But theres also the personal side of getting to know chef Martel. I know me personally, and my family would not be able to be involved with someone that was grumpy or had mood swings and this is something that youll never see with chef Martel. Just an all-around great individual. Now moving on to the food, his selections are incredible, he listens to our request because in our family everybody has a little bit different idea when it comes to taste buds. I think our family would be considered very simple when it comes to the meals but whats nice about it Martel adds a little flair and little creativity which allows the kids and my wife and I to experience a little bit different cooking,. I would certainly be willing to speak with anyone to personally explain our experience.

Martel and his wife, Jennifer, prepared an elegant dinner for my husbands 70th birthday.He was easy to work with. His menu options were helpful and he was very accommodating in personalizing my selections. The dinner was beautifully served and tasted as good as it looked!
