I recently had the pleasure of using Dryer Vent Doctor for my dryer duct cleaning, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch and pricing was very reasonable/ affordable. The technician Justin arrived promptly and was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the entire process, including the importance of regular dryer duct cleaning for safety and efficiency. The cleaning itself was thorough and efficient. The technician removed a significant amount of lint and debris from the duct, which I was shocked to see. We needed our dryer vent cleaned and my husband usually did it himself. This time around, the brush broke off and got stuck somewhere in the vent 😣 and we had a bird nest problem in the soffit vent cover! So we decided to hire out and Justin was amazing! Super punctual, quick, efficient and thoroughly explained what he was doing and why. Everything he said made sense, I didn’t feel like I was getting jipped, and he did an amazing job for a more than reasonable price! It was also freezing cold outside and dark but he still did the job and did it well. We would gladly hire him again when needed and recommend him to others! Thank you so much for your great work :)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am priced extremely fair for the amount of work I will do……I take pride in the work and it's not just an in and out job. I want to make sure the cleaning is done the right way and the inspection is thorough and repairs are perfect so that I am leaving the customer with the peace of mind to know as far as their dryer goes; they have nothing to worry about.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I explain what I do step by step, even while on the job I let you know what I'm doing before I do it just to keep you informed throughout the whole job
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years experience in this field and have seen just about everything.
