From start to finish, the experience was top-notch and pricing was very reasonable/ affordable. The technician Justin arrived promptly and was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the entire process, including the importance of regular dryer duct cleaning for safety and efficiency. The cleaning itself was thorough and efficient. The technician removed a significant amount of lint and debris from the duct, which I was shocked to see. Dryer Vent Doctor is on my rehire list!!! Justin was responsive, on time, and brought all the right equipment to clean my 35 ft. long dryer vent!!! Every time I need a cleaning, I would try a new service because they didn’t really have the ladders, etc. to do the job cleanly. So much lint came out of my line!!! Service problem solved here!

Justin responded immediately after I put a request in on thumbtack. We talked over what I needed done while he explained his process and fees. The day came and he was right on time. He got started outside then worked inside and cleaned up after. He was extremely professional walking me through the process as he went along. Once he was done he gave me several ways to make payment. All in all I will be calling him again next year.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am priced extremely fair for the amount of work I will do……I take pride in the work and it's not just an in and out job. I want to make sure the cleaning is done the right way and the inspection is thorough and repairs are perfect so that I am leaving the customer with the peace of mind to know as far as their dryer goes; they have nothing to worry about.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I explain what I do step by step, even while on the job I let you know what I'm doing before I do it just to keep you informed throughout the whole job
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years experience in this field and have seen just about everything.
