Joe is very professional from start to finish, from his initial communication with you and follow through, to explanation of what needs to be done, giving the estimate, and finally a thorough, quality repair of the problem. We were extremely happy and satisfied with his work. He’s now our favorite plumber! Joe has a great personality, polite yet upbeat but not pushy. We really felt lucky to have chosen him for our needs. We took a whole bunch of business cards from him to distribute amongst friends and family. No need to look for another plumber when you have Joe to go to! Attached is the final product. The “ before “ photo is too big of a file to attach.

Very thorough explanation of what work he was going to do. He also took the time to familiarize himself with my entire plumbing system in the basement and pointed out some potential issues but did not try to scare me into fixing. He left the workspace spotless and was a pleasure to work with.

Joe came and assessed my toilet leak issue and advised that is was exactly as he had thought. The wax seal had faded away and was causing the problem. Within no time he replaced it and was on his way. Thanks Joe for a great job! I MOST definitely will be reaching out to him again in the future for any other plumbing etc issues!
