Amazing experience with Moe! I sent a message inquiring about installation of a drain drain pump motor that was purchased for my washing machine and received a message response and phone call within minutes. Moe was able to fit the repair into his schedule and came out to complete the service within an hour of my initial request. I understand completely that scheduling may not always be this convenient but I’m extremely grateful that it was. Moe was very responsive, punctual and professional in my experience. My washer is now working great and I would absolutely recommend this company!

I received a response within minutes of submitting my request and Moe was able to come out the next day for a time that worked for me. Very professional and personable. He was honest with us about the fact that a repair on our non-working fridge was probably not worth it and we would be better off with a new one. Will definately reach out to him again when, inevitably, my next appliance needs work! :)

Moe came out to my home for a dryer repair. It turned out to be a costly repair that we did not wind up having fixed. He was incredibly honest and even recommended just buying a new dryer rather than repairing it. That's a rare quality these days. While I may have not hired him for this repair, I would 100% call him for another repair.

You can only choose 3 items above but I would have chosen all 5. Mo was not only responsive to my texts but very professional and showed up at the time he said he would. We needed repair asap, he diagnosed the problem, fixed it in a reasonable amount of time and didn't gouge us in cost. He was friendly and polite. He clearly cares about the customer and going the extra mile. I've already recommended him to family. Thanks Mo!
