- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With embroidery, pricing is not typically standard. Several factors can determine the pricing which include quantity and difficulty of the embroidery. We have a vast selection of standard fonts for letter embroidery but when a logo or custom design is involved the average setup fee is about $35 and is paid only once.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a quote based on information/artwork provided. Then we send a virtual image for approval before beginning the process. We typically ask for a 50% deposit on large orders of 50 or more pieces. Otherwise payment at pickup for individual orders is acceptable.

We have been in business for close to 35 years so our experience is excellent.
