- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have an set pricing list for all our services. We provide prices if customers would like us to supply fixtures (come with one-year warranty) or if the customer would like to provide themselves. We offer various discounts, give us a call to learn more about our discounts and to schedule an estimate! We also provide free estimates over the phone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer is to first discuss the plumbing issue. From there, we discuss our typical price ranges for work similar to the problem they are describing. We confirm the customer's phone number, email address, and physical address then schedule the call! When we arrive to your home or business, we take into consideration your property as we would want for anyone entering our home, we always make sure we are clean and have protective foot coverings to ensure that your floors stay clean and we respect your property. After evaluating the problem, we describe what we will do, we have customers sign an order agreeing to work being completed, then collect payment at the end of service.

We have worked with all types of customers! From commercial to residual , young and old, first time home buyers or seasoned home owners, we are willing to work with anyone!
