FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost of your garden service depends on the specific tasks involved. This can include picking up and delivering plants, travel time to and from your location, fertilizer, weed prevention, chemical applications and other services you request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is easy: send me some photos of your space! Often, with just a few pictures, I can get a good feel for what you're working with and start crafting a plan. We can chat about your vision - what kind of vibe are you going for? Relaxing retreat? A generic yet beautiful landscape? Once we're on the same page, I'll whip up a rough estimate and a timeline, so you know what to expect. The best part? My designs are built for low-maintenance, so you can enjoy your beautiful garden without the hassle. Sound good? Let's get started!
