We are focused and committed to doing your tree care services with extreme safety, excellence and care for you, your property and your trees. We stand behind our work and will go the extra mile to make sure you receive the best overall value and quality care.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call Monster Tree Service of North Pittsburgh you will begin building a relationship with our team from the first conversation with Cindy, the owner, or one of the arborists. We will get you set up for a no cost estimate. Our arborist will walk your property with you and provide a detailed proposal electronically with recommendations and prices. Once you accept you are automatically placed in the queue to be scheduled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are staffed by certified professionals and are always encouraging and incentivizing ongoing education and training. Our crew consists of certified arborists, certified tree safety professionals, licensed pesticide applicators, EHAP certified, Flagger certified, CPR and First AID certified. Our owners have a background in engineering and education and have grown children.
